Every contracted memorial is guaranteed to be free of any defects in workmanship to the knowledge of Jordanville Monument Company. In the instance of a defect, Jordanville Monument Company bears full responsibility to address the issue, at its discretion, using the following methods by case:

1. Cosmetic imperfection: facelift the facade.
2. Deviation in specification: correct the relevant measurement(s) within tolerance guidelines.
3. Design error: correct the stone to match approved blueprints.
4. Structural fault: fully replace the particular stone in question.
5. Geologic activity: uplift, depress, or reinstall the memorial depending on circumstance.
6. Other natural phenomena: no such warranty.
7. Vandalism: inspection and investigation of the damaged memorial.

This warranty binds the contractor and contracted for the duration of the memorial's erection and subsequent existence. All costs for relief of any defective instance are borne by Jordanville Monument Company to the satisfaction of its professional analysis.

Every inquiry into the quality of the finished memorial is settled on a case-by-case basis.
